Only this time in the historic city of Rosetta, where you will marvel at the second largest open museum of Islamic monuments, quench your thirst for knowledge by learning about the city’s history, monumental castle, and market. A guided tour introduces you to attractions such as the Mariout Lake, where you can immerse yourself in infinite charming experiences as you watch migratory birds, explore the history of the marble town, amble through the Marmina Monastery, and plunge into Bedouin lifestyle of the region’s friendly locals.
The lakes to the north of Egypt are ranked among the most convenient stopovers for migratory birds on their flyways from Europe to Africa. Itineraries
Day 1
Al Montazah
•Arrival in the delightful city of Alexandria and check into royal Jewel Hotel
•Feast on a scrumptious local dinner at the hotel restaurant
Day 2
El Madeyia-Edku
•Have a light breakfast
•Enjoy a Felucca across Edku Lake and set off to watch the region’s migratory birds.
•Explore the town of Edku and enjoy the experience of riding horse-driven carriages
•Have lunch in a typical local restaurant
•Go to Rosetta to check into the Hotel for a relaxing dinner - Overnight at the International hotel in Rosetta
Day 3
El Madeyia-Edku
•Splendid breakfast at the hotel
•Voyage to the EL Maadeyia, mingle with the local community of life activities
•Enjoy included fish market tour and purchase your favorite fish.
• Embark on to El Madeya Beach for a taste of locally cooked fish; share the fishermen the warm folklore atmosphere around lunch,
•Before sunset, will set us up for a Felucca ride on Lake to feast our eyes on migratory birds and their flyways from Europe
•Make our way to Hotel - Overnight at the International Hotel in Rosetta.
Day 4
Rosetta- Edku
•Have breakfast at a local restaurant, specializing in Egyptian “Beans and Falafel
•Continue to the second-largest open museum of Historical Islamic Buildings in Egypt,
• For a well-seasoned mix of grilled meat, we will have lunch at Oriental Restaurant
•Create memorable unique experiences to the craftsmen town in the old market.
•Head back to the hotel for a nice dinner and a sleepover in Rosetta.
Day 5
Rosetta- Edku
•Have a break appetite at the hotel
•Embark on a tour to Borg Mughezal Village to watch migratory birds
•Enjoying breakfast at the fishermen’s café with its unique feel of Egyptian folklore life
• Assist a furniture maker in pruning palm tree stalks or observing the craftsmanship of those pieces of furniture.
•Hiking trail amidst the green fields and beautiful scenery on our way to our lunch on open-air restaurant on the Nile Shore
•Head back to the hotel for a nice dinner and a sleepover in Rosetta City
Day 6
Mariout
•Breakfast at the hotel
•Heading to Mariout by minibus to discover the delights of the Mariout town, discover St. Mena Monastery, and possibility to purchase some of the monastery’s products
• Soak up the Bedouin lifestyle at Restaurant while savoring local meals
•Check in to the Hotel and nibble our dinner by the swimming pool at the hotel - And overnight in Mariout.
Day 7
Mariout
•Have your breakfast, and reenergize for a new adventure
•Arts & Handcrafts Center is first on our agenda today. This is where a world of colored artifacts awaits exploration, Experience pottery artifacts or manual weaving
• Make our way to the Beduin Resort for Lunch
•Start a felucca ride in the lake to spot the region’s migratory birds as we dwell among the leafy plants and the lake’s naturally-grown aquarium grass
•Wrap up the day with a nice dinner at the hotel in Mariout. And overnight in Mariout.

Departure
•Have breakfast, check out from the hotel, and depart
